ABOUT TILOTTOMA
Tilottoma Chattogram is a non-political, non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the environment and improving the social well-being of the people of Chattogram, Bangladesh. Registered with the Government of Bangladesh, the organization believes that a greener city, a kinder society, and stronger human values can together create a better future for all.
FOUNDER'S STORY
Founded by Shahela Abedin, a respected social worker, environmentalist, and women entrepreneur, Tilottoma began with a simple vision: to bring people together to make Chattogram more beautiful, compassionate, and responsible. Guided by this mission, the organization now works across the city to uplift vulnerable communities, support children and women, promote education, and inspire environmentally responsible actions.”
OUR WORK
Our work spans environmental development, social awareness, humanitarian support, youth empowerment, cultural activities, and community engagement. Whether planting trees, improving public spaces, supporting families in need, or educating children, our goal remains the same — to build a greener, safer, and more caring Chattogram for the next generation.
OUR TEAM
Tilottoma Chattogram is powered by volunteers, youth, community leaders, and a dedicated council whose shared commitment drives every initiative forward. Together, we strive to protect nature, nurture human values, and create a city where every individual has the opportunity to grow with dignity.”
